Zif268-HIV synthetic activator (untagged)
This is a synthetic transcriptional activator for use in yeast. It contains the VP16 activation domain, the Zif268-HIV DNA-binding domain, the SV40 nuclear localization sequence, and the ADH1 terminator. It binds to the Zif268-HIV binding sites, activating transcription downstream.
